This Privacy Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our "Service") alongside our application, PatterAI. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Information on opting out of interest-based advertising

We use Apple’s ATT framework to request your permission before tracking you across apps or websites for advertising or analytics. You can opt out of certain features through applicable device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile phones or push notifications.

Unique device identification

PatterAI may track Users by storing a unique identifier of their device, for analytics purposes or for storing Users' preferences.

Push notifications

PatterAI may send push notifications to the User to achieve the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Users can opt-out of receiving push notifications by visiting their device settings, such as the notification settings for mobile phones, and then change those settings for PatterAI. Users must be aware that disabling push notifications may negatively affect the utility of PatterAI.

How do we use audio data?

When you use any feature that captures your voice—such as practice conversation with AI —we will first request your explicit permission to access your device’s microphone with a clear, purpose‐specific prompt. While recording, iOS’s standard red status bar or recording indicator will remain visible to assure you that audio is being captured. We will only record when you actively initiate the feature, and recordings will stop as soon as you finish your session.

No audio data is stored anywhere in our system, all audio data is deleted immediately after analysis. You can revoke microphone access at any time via your device’s Privacy Settings.

Deletion of your information

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected about you, or to seek our assistance in doing so. Our service may provide the option to delete certain information directly within the app. You can update, modify, or delete some of your information anytime directly from the app. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information if there is a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so.

Could my information be transferred to other countries?

PatterAI is incorporated in India. Information collected via our website, through direct interactions with you, or from use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located throughout the world, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13

Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. Minors may use PatterAI only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstance persons under the age of 13 may use PatterAI.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. If such a transfer occurs, we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data to comply with legal obligations or in response to valid requests from public authorities, such as courts or government agencies.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-US framework.

The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the app. Your use of the app may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
